Classes offered in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico in 2009 are: Be tHE liGHT IN EVERY MOMENT I encourage you to uplift yourself into the state of bliss, joy and peace that you deserve; to let go of everyday stress and chaos; to learn to place yourself in a constant state of well being. We'll gather once a month to discuss, share, meditate, learn new experiences. Then you'll have time to practice and BE the Light in Every Moment. CHAKRA INTENSIVE, A Special All Day Event!! CHAKRAS= a Sanskrit word that means “wheel” or “circle”. Aligned with the spinal column, these centers regulate the flow of physical and psychological vitality throughout the body. Knowing how the chakras function and how they help you to live greatly enhances your health and well being, as well as your spiritual awareness. Experience these vibrating centers of energy as you learn more about you. To work with chakras is to heal yourself of old constricting patterns lodged in the body or the mind or a habitual behavior. Through movement, discussion, and meditation, you’ll gain an overview of this important system that affects all aspects of your being. You cannot improve the way you feel without releasing what no longer serves you and thereby improving you point of attraction.
Empowerment Through Intention (3 hours) This valuable time spent together helps to clarify your heart’s desires. Thus you bring them into your life with grace and ease. Any intention that is being driven from a negatively charged emotion only accentuates that negatively charged emotion and responds to it. We’ll get in touch with the negative emotions, acknowledge them, and transmute them. We'll raise your frequency to facilitate the connection with your heart and soul. We’ll discover what’s needed to bring your life into alignment with your High Self with love. We’ll encourage tiny steps of action. Includes a CD!
Awakening Your Inner Goddess Align with your own spirit through a journey into the Divine feminine. There is a magical and mysterious place inside every woman. It is a place where the past embraces the future. It is a sacred realm that can nurture your soul and make you whole. Discover this secret place. Know the glory of being a woman. Take time to nourish yourself. Awaken Goddess qualities of creativity, magic, mystery, passion, serenity, self esteem. In this 5 week class, we’ll work with Goddesses, Angels, your own High Self and each other to venture into your heart, to surrender the ego, to help you take responsibility for your life, and to tap into your own innate wisdom. Connecting with your Angels (3 hours) Who are they? What do they look like? How do they communicate with us? How and why should we contact them? Using the GRACE process (Grounding, Releasing, Attuning/Aligning, Conversing, Enjoying), discover how you access these messengers, and learn from them.

Subtle Communication, Learning to Use a Pendulum Each day as we open to receive and assimilate the beautiful higher frequency light coming in we become more sensitive, aware, intuitive and psychic. This allows us to access other realms of consciousness, guides, angels and our High Self for information and guidance. These spiritual gifts require new levels of understanding, responsibility, discernment and integrity as we tune into our own innate abilities. With the tools such as kinesiology and the use of a pendulum we can check interpretation and communicate easily with subtle realms. These techniques are easy to learn, and if you practice you will get very good at it. Learn how to check your own body, listen to your core essence, and trust what you receive.
