Who am I? I came into this world as the first of seven children born to loving and supportive parents. Being the oldest, I learned about integrity, work ethic, high standards and expectations for myself. I grew up, lived, studied, and worked in Nebraska until 1971 when I moved to Colorado with my first husband to teach high school Spanish and English. The beauty of the mountains and Estes Park attracted us in our search of self discovery. Each of us faces challenges that offer us opportunities to learn, grow and fulfill our highest potential, BEing who we truly are. My first marriage to an abusive husband led to divorce; freedom; a trip to Spain; more discoveries. As I nurtured myself and learned to love myself unconditionally, I emerged and unfolded my purest essence further. Our mutual love of travel ignited a healthy relationship of over 30 years with my current husband, Jim. He supports me, encourages me, and allows me to be the Light that I Am. Together we’ve explored South America, where we married at Machu Picchu. We continued our travels into Central America and Mexico, New Zealand and Europe. The tranquility and peace of Alamos, Sonora drew us to purchase a lovely home there, where we enjoyed 12 winters and I immersed myself in the Mexican culture and service work with the schools. I also found the time, energy and courage to begin my career in energy medicine, healing, and the sharing of my knowledge. Another learning experience during this time, breast cancer, prompted me to heal myself and after a promise to help others, I began my quest into Reiki, Angel Therapy, EMF Balancing, ARCHES, Spiritual Response Therapy, Chrystalline Consciousness Technique. All of these modalities have contributed to my healing, and allowed me to facilitate the healing of hundreds of clients in the U.S., Mexico and Spain. I’ve devoured books, taken classes, attended seminars, and am still an avid student. My learning process has guided me to offer many classes such as: Reiki Training, How to Connect with your Angels, Empowerment Through Intention, Let's Create, The Four Clairs, How to Be A Juicy Crone, Dark Spots, Subtle Communication, and various retreats in Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. We currently reside in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico. My strong connection to nature guided me here (plus my husband’s love of the water, boating and fishing) to learn from and play with the whales and dolphins, as well as, understand the strength, power, and flow of water. The constant flow of energy and synchronicities permit me to seek what calls me and follow to where I’m guided. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to further my own spiritual development and assist others on their path. This “work” is what I love to do, and I’m constantly amazed at where it leads me. Another blessing in my life is my pet, Rubia, a yellow lab who teaches me about unconditional love, play, joy and happiness. All of my friends, students and clients offer me insights about myself, them, the world, and Spirit. For this I am most grateful.
